PROJECTS

Neurons

(2025)

Identity and logo for a bi-annual club night at Sneaky Pete’s

Raising funds for mental health charities, the multi-sensory event series is defined by a typography-led identity. The visual language uses hand-drawn forms inspired by neural networks, balancing organic expression with the energy of the brand’s direction.

Misterbianco

(2025)

Visual identity and restaurant collateral for a Sicilian pasta lab in Copenhagen

Drawing on a communal approach to dining, the identity bridges Sicilian warmth with Copenhagen design restraint. The system pairs characterful hand lettered typography with a structured serif, supported by luminaria inspired motifs and a suite of hand drawn icons that act as decorative furniture throughout the space.

Brae

(2025)

Photographic print and edition for a mental health fundraiser

Created for a fundraiser by Oliver Hillicker and Achilles Heel, this project explores the restorative nature of the Pentland Hills. The work captures the shifting light across the crests of the peaks at sunset, presented as a large scale print featuring an integrated compass to ground the image in its specific geographic location.

Nishiki

(2025)

Brand identity and visual direction for a Japanese izakaya in Edinburgh

Developed in collaboration with Fed and Watered and illustrator Simon Hayes, the identity translates the bustling energy of late night eateries in Japan into a refined contemporary system. Hand drawn typography and hanko stamps are used alongside warm material textures and a core palette of inviting oranges to mirror the restaurant interior atmosphere.

Mount Texture(2023)

Visual identity language for a festival in the California Redwoods

The identity for Mount Texture balances the diversity of an underground lineup with the atmospheric qualities of its forest setting. Through the use of distressed textures, heavy typography and raw imagery, the visual language creates a grounded visceral connection between the sound and the surrounding environment.

Selene

(2023)

Visual identity and printed materials for a food pop-up at Newbarns Brewery

Developed in collaboration with Phoebe Moon, Adam Hepburn and Maddy Crowther. The work mirrors the understated tone of the hospitality through a mix of handwritten titles, quiet type and kitchen photography.

Meld Records

(2021–present)

Visual identity and artwork for an electronic music label founded in Aberdeen

Built in collaboration with Adam Hepburn, the system combines industrial forms with quiet utility. The identity is designed to support the label's underground techno sound without defining it.

On The Record Vol. 1

(2022)

Editorial design and visual direction for a research publication by BUMP Agency

A printed report exploring how brands can invest in community. Created in collaboration with Adam Hepburn, the visual system blends data-led layouts, cut-out photography, bold type and scanned textures.

Gossiper

(2022)

Artwork and photography for a cassette release by an indie rock band

The identity for Gossiper draws on personal photography from the Cairngorms and Arbroath. Utilising risograph printing the system pairs teal blue ink with a matching cassette shell to create a unified physical release.

Crisco & Bolam

(2022)

Experimental typography for progressive house artists

This custom typographic system for Crisco and Bolam reflects an extra terrestrial direction and space age aesthetic. Designed for a poster series the modular letterforms use geometric shapes while maintaining a minimalist and expressive visual language.

Earworm

(2021–present)

Visual direction and artwork for an electronic music label

A range of visual output including album artwork, experimental sketches for various label releases, a textural collage for a collaborative release with Bolero and a consistent visual system for an ongoing digital podcast series.

Photo Zine

(2021)

Self initiated photo zine and editorial exploration

A curated collection of personal photography exploring experimental grid systems and textures. Utilising a laser printer the project focuses on layout and format to present a series of curated visual studies.
